- Unbolt your grab handle. This hat holder has been designed & manufactured to fit under the grab handle of popular 4x4s & cars.
- Align the hole in the base of the hat holder, over the threaded hole where your grab handle bolts down.
- Bolt your grab handle down over the top of the hat holder, securing it in place.
Custom Hat Holder Installation
- Start by finding a suitable location to secure your hat holder, this might be an overhead light or rooftop console.
- Align the hat holder where you would it to sit & mount it to the car via screws, bolts or rivets.

This hat holder is actually primarily designed to fit an Akubra, because they are such valuable hats, people often want a safe place to store them.
For those who don't know what an Akubra is, it's a felt hat made out of rabbit furs. They're called an Akubra, because that it the name of their brand.
Akubras have actually been manufacted in Australia since 1876, so they are extremely popular and have a cult following.
